This notice explains how personal data submitted through the booking form on this website is handled.

What is collected

When you send a booking request, the following is stored: your name, email address, tattoo idea, placement, approximate size, any additional details you choose to share, the language of the website and the time of submission.

Why

The information is used only to read and respond to your request and to plan a possible tattoo session. The legal basis is your consent and steps taken at your request before entering into an agreement (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) and (b)).

How long it is kept

Requests are kept only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and are deleted afterwards.

Who has access

Only the site owner can access your request. Data is stored with the hosting and database providers used to run this website and is never sold or used for marketing.

Your rights

You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data and withdraw your consent at any time by writing to the email address listed on this website. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (in Denmark: Datatilsynet).

Cookies

The public website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. A technical cookie is used only in the protected admin area.
